Some say "A man without a mustache is a woman"

I don’t think so. A man with mustache is not a guarantee of masculinity. There are plenty of men having no mustache but they are manlier than those having mustache. Whether a man is manly or not depends on his attitude or behavior. A man having no mustache but he always protects and cares for women can be considered manly.
