This is an interesting point. Africa does have what China wants, so those countries could potentially ask for more. However, many African countries benefit greatly from Chinese business. China is providing many jobs and helping to fund and build much-needed infrastructure projects. I imagine most African nations feel they're getting a fair deal from their relationship with China.
