Alcohol is addictive and will destroy your liver, making it just as deadly as marijuana. There is no guarantee that a rehab program will cure any addiction, sadly the majority of people do not recover but relapse. Alcoholism has been proven to have a genetic predisposition, which makes me think it is more dangerous than marijuana for those susceptible that give in to temptation.
In my opinion, both of them are dangerous because both of them can make people get addcited. However, marijuana is slightly more dangerous than alcohol. When people are addicted to alcohol, it doesn’t really endanger your life. By going through a rehabilitation program, they will recover from their addiction. On the other hand, marijuana is a bit more dangerous because it destroys people’s body. They can eventually die when they get addicted to it.
Alcohol exaggerates your personality - if you're mean, it will make you meaner. People die from drunk driving accidents all the time - how many are involved in accidents due to marijuana use?
