then love can last until the person dies

The feeling is a chemical reaction in the brain. That's something physical.

but love is a feeling, it is not something physical and therefore has no entropy

Because of entropy. The universe is trending towards total entropy (completely uniform distribution of energy across the entire universe).

But that assumes energy isn't created or destroyed, and there's evidence that's changed that to "net energy creation = 0" thanks to quantum physics. Virtual particles are popping in and out of existence all the time and they've been measured! Their antimatter side is the reason black holes shrink, and their matter side is the emitted Hawking radiation. They're supposed to immediately annihilate, but their flocculations and interference with matter may make it impossible for the universe to uniformly distribute energy.

Why do you think everything has an expiration date?

what makes you think there will be a heat death? all signs point to a cold death atm.

I don't. But I'm labelling the heat death of the universe as the end of the universe. No clue about the multiverse

what about the multiverse?

Everything has an expiry date, even the universe

If one is in constant fellowship with God, then yes, absolutely.

If I don't believe in God, I can't love?

love is really really really good when you could feel it and experience it but will it really last forever with a person with God yes but a person I need some help
