it almost always could be harmful, that is why it is being tested. obviously the goal is to minimize the harm, but the earlier the stage, the greater the risk of harm.

furthermore, even officially confirmed medications cause harm, they just cause more good. antibiotics can absolutely destroy your kidneys, but they also destroy the infection.

If the medical procedure could be harmful, then yes I would believe it's wrong.
