I used to think they are 100% evil, but my boyfriend convinced me otherwise. He is extremely moral and just can't see the bad in anyone. He said exactly that, they've been brought up in a dictatorship where all that's been drilled into them is that westerners are evil etc. To them we are the evil ones, and the ones that need to be destroyed.
they've lived their lives under dictator's and despots who have abused them or suppressed them. they believe that they are doing the work if their God. in their eyes they are the righteous. to us they are murderers. it's all in how you look at it. saying they are evil is overly simplistic.
No one is born evil or in fact good, smart, etc. It the conditions around us that shapes us to be so.
