Parents are the closest relation in a family between kids and mother or father. I disagree with the statement. Parents should be allowed to take their kids to the public bathroom in order to avoid any sexual harassment from strangers. As a parent, I can’t let my kids under 10 years old go to the public bathroom by themselves with no attention at all. It’s dangerous.

Unless you're fortunate enough to find a family restroom, but they're rare. These days you have to be careful with your kids in public, perverts hide in bathrooms.
