I need my partner to be a companion as well. While I understand the appeal of a sexy doll or trophy wife, I know myself enough to know it wouldn't be a sustainable relationship.
With those two as my only options (for a thought experiment) I would choose to marry the sexy doll. Because when marrying, that's the only person you will have sex with but not the only person you'll talk to. I can have several ugly intelligent friends and a hot spouse.
I believe physical beauty is inferior to an interesting or stimulating mind. I'd rather date or marry an ugly intellectual than a sexy doll. But if we say beauty is a trait that can please not just the senses but also the mind then beauty can include personality. While cognitive ability drives respect and engaging conversation, it's not necessarily pleasing. A compassionate, kind, and passionate person pleases my mind. I classify that as a beautiful personality. I'd value that in a partner, even friend, over an interesting or stimulating person.
So beauty is far better than brain in that regard.
Brain. Because beauty takes u no way in life. But brain does
BRAINS of course. Beauty is fleeting, shallow and superficial. I want something that LAST.
