Such as? What specific things need to be internally worked out?
That is fine and good for all other races, but not the black race. We have way too many things that need to worked out among ourselves.
Focusing on the race you belong to is super outdated thinking. I agree that alot of emphasis is still put of race and so you can't just pretend it doesn't exist. But telling people to keep to their own race is just 100% the opposite of what they should be doing.
We need more integration, not less. The more you segregate people the more you create that sense of "other". That they are somehow different from you because they have different skin pigmentation. There is almost no difference between black people and white people biologically. Pretending like there is in an attempt to segregate them doesn't help anyone.
Except that we can understand because of general empathy. And, you shouldn't focus on race at all (in general). You should focus on aiding people and being moral in general. Race (or color) should rarely even be a part of the equation.
I'm not going to complicate this. Black People have a lot of things to work out among themselves. The last thing they need is to be dealing with other races of people at this point. We need to work on getting past colorism... forget about RACISM. Black people have issues when it comes to skin tones. They need to learn to work through that. If you're not a black person then you would never, ever, ever understand.
Segregating communities builds walls between communities but integrating communities builds empathy between communities. By advocating for blacks to stick to their own kind you're advocating for a form of segregation that will regress the integration we're seeing.
And what does the media promote about the black community? Are you agasint positive branding for black people in the media because "it's not true love".
Every other race Lok out for their OWN, why shouldn't Black people. Besides most of this is not about love it's about what the media promotes, magazines, advertisement and marketing and fetishes its far from being love.
Why? Can't people love who they want?
