I think they are developing some technology that can. like sensors they put deep in the earth to monitor tiny quakes that could be possible signs of full on earthquakes

yesterday an earthquake of M 7.1 shook our city of Guwahati, Assam, India. altough our 3 storied house is strong but still i am scared. aftershocks ! :(
