The fact that people say that dogs are smarter than cats because they follow orders is really stupid. Think of it this way: If two humans are both being told what to do, but only one of them knows that they don't have to take orders, does that make him dumb?

I would say cats are smarter then dogs. Dogs have evolved to be mastered by man while cats aren't for the most part.

No, it is impossible due to fact that cats don't WANT to listen. Its not that they don't understand.
