same thing. if the kid isn't coerced or forced, it's fine. if he is, it's not.

playing golf may not be seen as child labor, but what tiger Woods father supposedly did to him was forced labor.

art can have very different meanings.... and anything can be labor if it is forced on children. if the child wants to draw without being coerced, it's not labor.
