It's true we can't prove it's a reasonable act till we look at it from a secular point of view. But from the party's point of view, who believes in a 'Hindu Rashtra' this act was a well thought conspiracy.
not an india expert. but if you have a secular constitution, and you make a law about a specific religion, or excluding a specific religion, that sounds like a contradiction.
those who think that they have "reasons classification" in their minds as an argument then I am telling them that you wont be able to classify the act reasonably.. it's my challenge.
it violates article 14 of constitution of India.
