I think one dollar bills should be put out of circulation and replaced with a coin. Maybe get rid of the penny.
I think coins should not be banned. Coins are still needed when we need to buy something quite cheap like candies or snacks. Sellers also need coins when they have to give small change to their customers. When we teach our children to save money, they usually save coins in their piggy banks. In short, coins are still money and we still need them.
If you are buying a product that costs $1.46 then you will buy a food coupon for $0.54 and you won't get any change ever again.
There will be food coupons everywhere from $0.01 all the way up to $0.99 and you will buy the right coupon always.
Coupons will be digital and will be considered donations to the United Nations.
The money will be used to feed unemployed people within the United States of America.
It's not that complicated if you think about it. Are you really going to miss all that change currently in your pocket?
