Yes...No doubt...The Earth z going to see d day with in a Couple of decades or Two....

A lot of technology that we don't yet have is needed to, but it is possible. We could build small buildings on them and live in them, over time we could work on terraform but that's a whole nother ball park.

Yes, we certainly have the technology to reach these bodies, but more advancement is needed to transport humans.

In theory it is absolutely possible, but we don't have the technology yet to make it feasible.
