Yes, to some extent, daydreaming may help our creativity at some point. When we are trying try to find an idea for a business and we get stuck, we might need some time to daydream. Maybe, after daydreaming we can have an excellent idea for our business and prepare the business plan immediately. However, we should not daydream too much and should not daydream for negative purposes because they are just wasting our time.
