That might be enough to see the common perception.
It looks like most people are against to this statement.

It just depends on what you like. I have more characters that I like in the Marvelverse but that doesn't mean that it's better than the DC-verse. :) I like both, even though I'm undoubtedly more invested in the Marvelverse (I cried when the Civil War trailer was released ;A;).
Marvel for the characters, DC for the storylines
marvel has cooler super heroes and villains.
I believe we had this debate a while ago.
I enjoy both because Marvel tends to be funnier while DC is darker (recently anyways, both have gone through many phases). I personally prefer Deadpool's antics over the Joker's.
