As a character I like Deadpool better, but fight wise he is at a disadvantage. Both have similar healing factors, but Deadpool has to rely on guns and blades while Wolverine is a living weapon. Shoot him and it bounces off his metal covered skeleton. Stab or slice him and you get the same thing. Deadpool can attach severed limbs back on, but wouldn't be able to sever Wolverine's limbs in return. Explosives would slow Wolverine down, but he has taken everything from telekinetically being ripped apart to nuclear blasts, so grenades would only be inconvenient. It could potentially be a long, drawn out fight, but in the end if Wolverine severed Deadpool's arms and legs, he is left with no way to reconnect with them, and stuck till someone helps him.

That is all assuming neither has the sword (I have forgotten the name) that can cut anything and kill anyone. Wolverine had that for the longest time so if he had that all he has to do is behead Deadpool and he wins, permanently.
