all schools.are different. the vast majority of public schools have honest hardworking teachers and try to teach the best they can, it is thier job after all. any problems interrupting learning are usually offered because of students disrupting the class. if everyone behaved classes would be very beneficial, its all about how you handle it.
all I can say is schools I've been through have not been doing a good job at all
Schools have a job to teach young people and young people have a choice to push themselves to their goal or to pay no attention.
Schools can only give so much but young people have to do the rest.
Education is a two way street the kids have to want to learn and the school is there to support and help them to get to where they want to be. As parents you should be encouraging that not disputing it.
