Not everything that is broken is garbage. people could learn to rebuild their own things, instead of discarding everything not in pristine condition to the trash. it's one thing to help the poor, like you're saying, but discarding your broken items isn't the way to do it. also, in a non-literal way, should we discard every relationship we enter because it breaks? relationships, people, and items can usually be fixed with a little mending.
Why can’t we throw something which doesn’t work anymore in the garbage? It’s better to throw it in the garbage than on the road. The government provides the garbage everywhere to avoid dirt in town. Garbage means the things which don’t work anymore, if the things are still useful, it will be better to give them the poor like scavengers. They can sort the things and then sell them again to the collectors or use them.
