Enyway you cannot know if there are other planets like Earth. It feels crazy, that there are endlessly space, and one place where exits life. Your neighbor can be an alien from some interstellar nsa.

It's only unique until we find another planet like it. We still suck at exploring space, the odds are pretty good that there are a number of Earth like planets out there, so it's probably not unique. However I, of course, can't say that with certainty.
