Fish is meat...
There is no one type of food that is better than another - it is eating a wide variety of foods which is the best method of obtaining good nutrition. Too much fish can cause mercury toxicity, too much beef can increase bad cholesterol. Eating a little amount of a lot of different foods gives your body the optimum nutrition.
I think it is true that eating fish is better than eating meat. I read an article somewhere in the internet that some fish contain more protein than red meat. Protein is one of nutrients needed by our body. Besides, unlike red meat, fish does not contain bad cholesterol and its fat which is called Omega 3 is good for our body. That’s why babies are suggested to eat fish because it is good for their brain development.
