Think about it this way: if North Korea nuked all of Europe, would you think they deserve another chance to try and get back on track as a country,or would you declare war? Not everything is deserving of a second chance. Many people are for many situations, but not all.
It depends on what you have done. If you slept in and were late for work, definitely. If you accidentally cost your company a lot of money, you probably do, but you will be on thin ice. If you murdered the CEO in the hopes of getting a promotion, then no, you don't really deserve a second chance. Everyone deserves to have the opportunity to succeed, and everyone deserves to be treated fairly and allowed to overcome mistakes and failures. Premeditated wrongdoing should not be overlooked.
Not only a second chance but also other chances which everyone deserves to get. Albert Einstein, whose the formula of E=Mc2 b became outstanding, experienced a lot of failures before he succeeded in the relative theory. When the door is closed, just find the other one. There’ll be another chance if you want to search for it.
We can all learn, we can all improve and if one mistake can change your whole life for ever how horrible is that. But where as there are second chances, there shouldn't always be third chances. And just because you get a second chance doesn't mean you should get a third one.
