There are some facts that should be taboo to prevent abuse. How to make nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons for example. There is no productive use for this information, and a great deal of potential for damage. Once the genie is out if the bottle, it can never be put back in so there are some pieces of information that it is better not be available.
