They only fabricate traffic offenses against the poorest of people who have the least expensive cars. The cars are crushed and sold for meager profit. Those false god police wouldn't get anything though, if they were fabricating traffic offenses in wealthy neighborhoods with men driving exotic cars.

There's no explainable reason outside of larceny for any police anywhere to use those emergency lights to force a vehicle to stop and demand identification from and search the car and physical body of one oblivious to their hidden presence.

I can't say they do it because of a quota. You have some who avoid all other aspects of the position, except the power of using the emergency lights to attack cars not involved in causing injury or property loss to anyone. They use the "you drove past me" tactic, and they are the ones hiding in an alley or on a side street you cannot see down before approaching the intersection, thus entering their view. I'm saying these are predators doing this 10 years or better, and teaching these despicable practices to rookie cops who wouldn't dare hide fr evil doers so they can somehow punish the innocent.

I would say that as long as police anywhere have quotas for traffic offenses they are robbing the civilians.
