but the seekers shall be guaranted protection
I believe stable nations have the moral responsibility to take in those fleeing conflict as long as those seeking asylum are not bringing the conflict with them. If two groups are fighting, and members of both cone to first world countries, as long as they do not continue the fight in their new country I would welcome them.
