I believe if a guy wants a girl he should do the running girls who act desperate are a turn off.
In relationship’s etiquette, there is a norm saying that a girl is not allowed to do the first step. It shows an aggressive action. A girl should be calm, keep her image and wait until someone whom she likes is shows the signal and try to get close to her. If it happens, the next step is giving a feedback of his signals.
These are wonderful modern times, where men are earning, loving and living the same. So why shouldn't women be the ones to ask. Its seems so oldfashioned for it to be any other way. So watch out fellas you might be about to be asked.
