Blood is the main part of human body. Everybody always wants to find out how to keep fit and healthy. You can keep fit and healthy in many ways. It doesn’t necessarily mean doing some sports. You can keep fit by walking to school, dancing or even doing the housework. But if you do fancy the idea of sport, you could try swimming, aerobics and the best of all, cycling. This will help you stop putting on weight.
Blood is our lifesaving force. There is a genuine shortage of donations. It does not harm you to donate blood, so why not do it to save someone else's life? You can even donate blood in preparation for surgery so if blood is needed, you get your own.
