not in this specific social media example, i agree with jdwag, government has no business here.... but you said in general "government should not get invovled in more things, nothing but downsides".

i see lots of upsides to government getting involved in medicine and food production. many other necessary things as well.

What would be the point of that? We should get government out of more things, not more involved. There's nothing but downsides to doing that
