It is Communist so they probably do have social programs. Pretty sure they have universal healthcare. They have a strict redistribution of wealth.
north korea has no social safety net, no welfare programs, no investing in its people, no distribution of wealth. how is that left wing fyi?
North Korea is left wing FYI.
Oh, the right resorts to violence more often? You must live in a bubble.
cause few of them even want to live under Republican governors.
the right is also more eager to instantly resort to violence. theres a difference between not protesting because feel its not needed, and not protesting out of fear. you never see protests in north korea, are you saying north korea is a great place to live? lol.
They don't come out to the streets, though, which is my point.
the first was a blind accident by a rookie cop. there was no altercation, he didn't even see the person before firing. it also was covered by mainstream news.
the second clip being widely circulated amongst blm police footage. his death continues to spur left wing outrage as the cop who murdered him is now retired and collecting tax payer pension. that was just horrifying. however he was sticking a gun out a hotel window, hardly an innocent man minding his own business. his arrest did not need to be so beligerent.
the 3rd clip was also covered widely, and spured calls for reform for the left, not due to racial issues, but mental health ones.
the only comparable incident was the last one. and the left has been complaining of police handling of mental health cases for a while.
even when its white people, you are wrong the media does cover it, and the left is the one coming to their defense.
Justine Damond, Daniel Shaver and Tony Timpa are some recent examples. No one cared, the newspapers didn't put them on the front page decrying police brutality. Why? Because they were white and would not add to the narrative.
So far the riots outnumber the peaceful Protests.
there have been numerous peaceful protests. nothing has changed.
show me killings of unarmed white men by police.
So? Fair is fair. Peaceful protests are peaceful protests. Violent ones are violent ones. There have whites that have been killed by police unjustly and no one riots for them.
the only time a killing gets attention is when there is footage. before cellphones, these same cries for help were ignored. how many die without footage, how many dont die, but bow their heads and take the abuse? is it ok to abuse people as long as they dont die? how much nonlethal harrassment should they put up with?
if a few bad cops dont ruin the police, then a few bad protestors dont ruin a movement.
also, although only a few cops commit these atrocities, the vast majority protect them with the blue wall of silence. when citizens act that way, they are usually labeled accomplices.
Overall nothing changed? I am sorry, but stories of black men dying in police custody is few and far between. It should never happen, but there will always be bad people in every work place.
there have been many peaceful protests over killings of unarmed black men. 1 or 2 officers get charged, but nothing changed overall. peaceful protests failed. what next?
Protesting isn't wrong. I agree with the George Floyd protests, but the looters are not getting called out by the Nazi herself.
protesting unjust killings vs protesting not getting haircuts during a pandemic. f*** the right.
Calls peaceful protesters Nazis, but is silent when vandals destroy property.
