Government can be used as tool for the strong to prey on the weak.
Government is a system of force, and if you use it for more than counter-acting force, then someone is being wrongfully abused
governments are essential to a countries well being, without a govr, there would be anarchy and terror, where the strong prey on the week. we need a basic set of laws to follow, and someone to enforce that.
Of course they can. what, you think an anarchy would be more efficient??
The only government which has proven to be efficient is the Dictatorship.
And they're efficient at being evil.
That's silly reasoning. Making and selling cartoons is not managing, maintaining and representing the varied perspectives of a nation of people to determine a society that is fair and open. Stepping into government and making it business defeats the purpose of government and is a good way to lead to mass slavery. Efficient, and bullshit for all those for whom something other than the creation of money or mass media is a primary concern. A social method to produce social well being requires a completely different frame of mind then what is required to be victorious in the world of war that is business. And even if that strategy were the art of corporation, the brave entrepreneur would find himself unsure and hopeless in as grinding and precise an art as actual warfare. That politics gives way to the reasoning of money these days is a great tragedy when what triumphs ought be truth, reason and freedom for all.
Global Corporations like The Walt Disney Company sell products and services anywhere in the world and they manage everything from a small office somewhere in Florida.
If central governments cannot do that, maybe they should hire The Walt Disney Company and other large global corporations to manage a few things they cannot manage.
