there's an app on playstore that allows you to play PC games on a cloud server and you can even play GTA V. You dont even need a PC for that.
i guess the app's name is liquid sky. However its too costly to suscribe but you can have a 3 hour trial.

Rockstar games has confirmed that it wouldnt release GTA 6. GTA V is their last game of the GTA seriers. They would instead work to improve the playing experience of GTA V
gta 5 cant be on android in its current state. by the time it makes it onto android, the game will have been outdated. gta 7 would be out
