If you like Xbox or not, you have to admit Halo 2 was the biggest multiplayer game of its time and pretty much can be looked at in a way as if it were star wars cause of how much halo 2 meant for multiplayer gaming and especially first person shooters after coming off high expectations like goldeneye and perfect dark and not to mention, halo 1. Halo 2 made developers step up in the multiplayer department and pushed Sony to create a good online game in which it never did up until Playstation 3 where it had many awesome exclusives. Going back to halo 2, it even looked visually amazing and was complete deserving of its game of the year award.
