haha! I'm obsessed with the hunger games! like properly obssesed. I've read the books at least 4 times each. my favourite book and film is the second one. I love mockingjay though, I think the development of the characters is really good. To see the hijaking storyline is the most heartbreaking thing I've ever watched. I watched it three times in the cinema in four days. I'm literally heartbroken that there aren't any more books or films!

I've only recently watched all the harry potters and I've only read the first three. i couldn't get further than the forth book. they just didn't excite me, which is why I just decided to watch the movies.... I love the universe, the world just seems awesome and I would sure as hell love to go to Hogwarts. but I don't like them as much as the hunger games. also the actors just aren't as good. watching it today, Fred and George are really bad actors. lol. also (maybe I'm just mean) but the only bit I found sad was when snape died... I didn't really understand that whole storyline. my boyfriend is making me watch them again so he can explain them.

what I do like about harru potter is how it got more mature as it went along. the first couple of movies were fairly childish and obviously the last few weren't. I think that's good cos the fans in the beginning would have grown with harry.

back to the hunger games. I'm so glad they did the last one in two parts. you just wouldn't have got everything in one movie!! I wish theyd done that with catching fire az well! harry potter did it so why can't the hunger games.

so to summarise HUNGER GAMES ALL THE WAY!!! also Josh hutcherson! also Liam hemsworth also Jennifer Lawrence!!!

but I would prefer harry potter to be real. although I feel if Donald trump gets elected he might just make a hunger games for people he doesn't like....

I'll admit I've never read the hairy potter or hunger games books. I've seen the 4 movies of the hunger games trilogy (because that makes sence XD) and parts of the hairy potter movies.

I'll agree the hunger games characters don't change.

Harry Potter had a better world and there was more that went into creating it. The characters were realistic in their emotions and flaws. The early books were written fairly simplistically, but they are also geared toward a younger audience, so that is understandable. Most of all, if the books are given the way they came out (1 per year) then the child can grow up with the characters, making them more meaningful.

I did enjoy the hunger games, but after the first two books the world felt forced and there was a lot of deus ex machina. The characters were also fairly two dimensional and never really seemed to learn or grow much.

the hunger games first 2 movies are ok, maybe even pretty good. the 3rd and 4th ones are like a really bad war movie. I'm not really sure what it is supposed to be. the 4th movie of the trilogy didn't need to be a seperate movie, it sucked.

harry potter is just bad.
