the broken record of stupidity isn't about the belief that Hillary is responsible. Constantly repeating the same point without ever addressing concerns raised with the issue is what is asanine. had I not made such a strong statement the whole thread would have continued to be ignored only to be repeated "like a broken record of stupidity" a month later.

the ambassador did not ask her. he sent requests through the chain of command of the state department. he did not contact Hillary directly at anytime. does the ceo of any major organization make staffing decisions at local branch offices? no! that would be ridiculous.

Hillary negotiated the end of the recent Gaza Israel war, was key in creating the sanctions that brought Iran to the negotiating table, and increased exports to China by 50% during her time in the state department.

"some broken record of stupidity", what an asinine statement. Much like the statement of her flying all over the world and negotiating cease fires, that's a laugh. What great thing has she done? And yes she is involved in the defense of Americans over seas, that's part of her responsibility. The ambassador asked her for more security detail, which is part of her job.

If you want to argue over this I will happily oblige

until you actually have an argument.

as usual, repubs bring up benghazi, I point out there is no way the sec of state is directly involved in such micromanagement (nor should she) and the thread goes silent.

a month or so later the same repubs cry benghazi like some broken record of stupidity.

I'm not saying I'm 100% right, but if I'm wrong, please engage me, make an argument. but if you cant, stop bringing it up.

Clinton was not directly involved in benghazi security detail. she was secretary of state. she was flying around the world trying to negotiate cease fires and ending wars. the security detail of a random embassy is not something that goes all the way up to secretary of state. much less the prez.

if you want to hold someone responsible, how long have the benghazi committee been investigating this without result? how much taxpayer money have they wasted? how incompetent can they be if they still haven't gotten to the bottom of this?

I think it's more on Hillary than Obama. She had an obligation to the soldiers and ambassador. Which she was repeatedly asked for more security and denied it
