Camp Darcy is outside of France if you were curious. I keep the letters that were never sent out on my desk.

Yes they were, I have family who perished in Camp Darcy. Just because of their religion and background.

They're not "Nazis" they're Germans

3 years, 6 months ago

NAZI SS. The Germans weren't as bad as you think buddy.

3 years, 6 months ago

They had already caused mass genocide across the world. Read a book and you'll see that the NAZI SS didn't even have the people to make it Aryan like they said it was. Why didn't they have enough? Because Germany sent their men off to war to cause this genocide you support. If we allow it to happen then it will continue to happen. It's about doing what is right. Do you really think talking helps? Evedently not because France and England told them not to expand and yet the Germans did. Thousands of women were taken by Japanese to make sex slaves, not to mention the entire Batan March where the Philippines were treated like slaves. To sit by and do nothing when someone is doing something wrong is just as guilty as doing it. That's why they have guilty by association in today's term. If you know something is wrong stand up don't just idle by.

so TZW is right. it was right on the part of the allies to fight axis in ww2. so that they could let millions of people die in british and american bombardments of german and japanese cities.

3 years, 6 months ago

Yea James Bond is right we should have let the jews in Germany and the sex slaves in the Pacific all die. (sarcasm)

The citizens involved in the two bombings were warned of the bombings in advance by U.S. Flyers that were dropped on over the cities. The bombing of the cities did more harm than good as the war would have ended years later and most likely would have been concluded with a US invasion of Japan not only killing soldiers but innocent people as well. In the end the bombs dropped, no matter how sad it is, ended up saving more lives then it's destroyed.

The bombings were cohersive in politically charging the people into forcing their leader to surrender and step down. Without this, the surrender wouldn't be absolute, and with the grip on his people he wouldn't have let go until Japan was driven into the ground. Yes, we bombed them, destroying the cities, but we also provided reform and relief afterwards. Japan loves America! They even have a president, because of us. Hell, their animation is based on the well received Mickey Mouse, in a time period not long after having lost. If what America did during war was so terrible, where is the grudge?

3 years, 6 months ago

Yeah, maybe you should have told the Japanese that when they killed innocent people...

3 years, 6 months ago

innocents should not suffer

3 years, 6 months ago

They were necessary, we were invaded my friend. They saved more people actually, because had they not been dropped more people would die in wars and more bombings.

3 years, 6 months ago

Can't stand on either side of this in my opinion there's good and bad on both sides.
