& torture,operation,disease,War these things are not the Historical phenomenan...these are just like the evil part & parcel of society....0n d basis of these things we cnt say history repeats itself...

Well...Dear Debater...I value ur Points...But the matter of fact is that who will take the initial step?? if we thing that something miracle will happen & history will be changed,Then I must say we are completely wrong....Even Not a Single Greatman from heaven is going to change it...power is in us & as u said "but there has to be an effort"...then wait for Why..we should say bye to the history & should try to make a new one

but we have to make the effort. look in the past. there has always been in every society something we see as a torture device now but was "beautiful" then. we more than likely have some today.we still fight each other in big wars. we haven't started acting like big kids and talk it out. we can change it but there has to be an effort
