I haven't been interested in world events since Trump got elected, so I may be uninformed about this. I believe we cannot do much due to China, but if North Korea sends a nuke, China said they will be on their own. That can allow us to react and do what we need too, but we can't let that happen. We can try to talk with China and make a deal allowing us to take him out. Most likely, we are just going to have to wait it out and work on building defenses in South Korea and Japan.

nkorea did just announce their program is complete. assuming they know have their deterrent of a nuclear missle or 50 that can hit USA, perhaps they will be open to return for the great $$$ (nonspecific)

we can't. only China can.

as long as China protects them we can only go so far without triggering WW3. North Korea has proven nothing we can do will stop them.
