Maybe every person with a swimming pool at home should pay a $20,000 tax and use that money to hire a lot of people to dig holes in the ground to build a lot of public olympic swimming pools.
It does not matter if it takes them all year to dig the hole. The point is to keep the busy.
They will be digging holes 24/7
You can work part time, you can work full time, you can work on the weekends. It does not matter as long as we keep the people digging day and night.
Unemployment is high enough already.
