If you mean is there life ANYWHERE in the universe then statistically I would say almost certainly. Even for intelligent life I would have to say far more likely than not. I would go as far to say that there's probably life in this solar system that's not from earth (see results for methane in the atmosphere of Mars and for biogenic components in ejected material from Enceladus)

Aliens like... somewhere in the universe, something else will be alive? It might simply be bacteria, but it didn't evolve on earth and it's therefore an alien from our perspective.
Or aliens like... little green men who fly around in saucers and abduct people to put probes up their bottoms before popping them back on earth?
The former is very possible. The latter not so much...
