the bible is at best a dumbed down truth for primitive people incapable of understanding beyond their immediate lives.
at worst (unless completely false) it is a flawed document that has gone through numerous rewriting, translation, and possibly even corruption at the hands of humans who changed the text to their own needs.
so at best it's a watered down half truth.
the bible wasn't meant to be a document of how the world works, it was meant to teach how to live. comparing it to science is just another bastardization done by people to pass their own agenda.
science uncovers truth, gives no guidance
bible gives guidance, but says nothing about the workings of our world.
they do not contradict, they don't even intersect.
that is if the Bible is not true. if the Bible is true do u think God wouldn't make it reappear?
