Absolutely, it’s a must to learn a new language when we wmove to a new country. I guess it’s not easy and it takes extra to effort to learn a new language. We need to learn grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Perhaps, it will be better if we take a language course before we move to a new country. When we finally move there, we have already mastered the language.

Absolutely. How can you communicate your needs, get a job or make friends if you cannot speak the language? If you move to a country you should adopt the culture and language to meet your needs.
