I have no idea. I don't see how soulless could have down voted 135 arguments yesterday alone. Unless it's for all arguments and questions? Strange.

Does anyone know what the last column is? There are arguments, debates, agreed with, and ... . (that is awkward punctuation) Is the last one disagreed with?

Nothing. That is just what the developers put in to tell you what the number is supposed to represent. The ellipses don't have special meaning
