how is showing pride forcing others to be gay? does that happend to you? are gay people marching in specific areas make you feel some kind of way? is that the same thing as conservative christians forcing their gay children to go to conversion therapy camp to ungay them and "pray the gay" away. chose a better a example
yes, any pride March that takes place anywhere,
can you provide ANY example of them forcing their beliefs on a religious group?
I agree with you. What I will say is that the LGBTQ community wants to impose their beliefs on religious groups that don't agree with them.
Everyone does have to accept your religion - you have a fundemental right to practise it. You're perfectly entitled to think that homosexuality is a sin too.
Similarly, LBGTQ people are perfectly entitled to think you're odd for being so concerned about what they do with their private lives.
What you cannot do is impose your religious beliefs on them to restrict their rights. Nor could they impose any views upon you to stop you practising your religion.
Seems fair to me.
right to be accepted? that is very vague. what does that mean? is that something a government can even regulate?
They want the right to be accepted by everyone. This right, however, is not in the Construction. How would they like it if I had a right that everyone should accept my religion? The LGBTQ seeks to have certain rights of acceptance and trample on those who don't agree.
what extra and unnecessary rights are they demanding?
what extra rights are they requesting?
why cant anybody answer this?
The problem isn't that the LGBTQ community doesn't have the same Constitutional rights. The problem is they want extra rights to be able to force their ideology on the rest of the country.
example of an undo right?
The LGBT community either already have their rights or the "rights" they want don't exist. What they want are social rules to be in place for their comfort, which is a slippery slope.
Yes they do. They deserve there rights. That being said. They shouldn't have more rights then a straight man or woman. or less.
and to add to jdawgs question about what special treatment do they currently have, what special treatment are they demanding to have?
marriage? equal opportunity in jobs and housing? what undo thing are they asking?
the answer is none and this complaint is all koolaid. the "special" treatment they want, is the standard treatment the rest of us already get. and it is their right to have it.
How does the LGBT+ community observe any special treatment, legally?
Everyone has rights, no one should get special treatment like LGBT want
What rights should they not have?
Depends on what rights you are talking about.
well of course. difference on other aspects can be tolerated but not lgbtq? I mean, there's absolutely no harm to happen to yall but y'all be trying to rip off their rights. boiiii
Everyone deserves their rights. Your sexual identity shouldn't even be a factor.
