he's asking how to make the world scarcity free i.e without any scarcity of food,etc
Economics is the study of how to deal with scarcity, and we are in a free world for the most part. (My point being, if we have a economic system, we have scarcity.) Most, not all, in America get their essentials. I do not see how it is not impossible. Did I miss the premise of your point?
