i am happy being alone. I also am happy i can go from female to female and not feel tied down or pressured and dependent upon. so yes, it's possible.
we can live without love. love gives us a sense of completion. if we love someone life becomes easy. if there is no love in life we can live comfortably but one prospect of living life will remain untouched.
Perhaps not comfortably, but if you're talking about just basic living, then yes.
