You clearly never worked for Uber, because there is no way that Uber can enforce tips that go under the table, nor is it a big deal that the pay comes in later since any driver can sign up for an Uber specialized debit card. The Uber provided debit card, for the driver, can instantly get payment whenever they press the "Cash Out" button after when they feel or need to get the payment instantly.
When I say cash, that equates to the local currency. As some humans are trapped in USA and UK, because they are fearful of being attacked outside borders without the presence of paid bodyguards.
I only use taxis that accept cash. Forcing everyone to pay with a credit card is as satanic as refusing a poor employee the right to accept a cash tip from customers. Uber is guilty of enforcing the lie that tomorrow is promised to their employees.
Uber is guilty of enforcing the lie that two weeks is promised to every employee, and practically guarantee that anyone who works for them will survive at least two weeks to wait for pay.
I also have Lyft, but I mostly used Uber because the promotions are much more rewarding. Lyft on the other hand is much more handy if I want to travel out of my home state, and still be able to make money with less paperwork and registration requirements.
why did u choose uber despite so many other options like LYFT
You are asking an Uber Driver, so then my answer is yes lol
do you think thats good?
Yep, it's phasing them out.
