I agree. The child will suffer if the parents cannot support them. He/she might lack things such as three meals a day and an education.

I agree 100%. People always say "save the starving african children!". NO! If they can't support their children then don't have them, and "save" them by helping them live to have more children to starve. It's a horrible chain that needs to stop, and not just in third world countries.
