First, let's turn Toyota into a bank and let them issue credit cards to anybody that has a car but that is not hybrid and wants to buy one.

The number of Toyota Prius for sale on eBay should be 0 at all times.

eBay should issue credit cards to buy Toyota Prius too.

Taxes for all Toyota Prius should be ZERO in order to sell more cars quickly at least for a few years.

Toyota should be the most profitable company in the world and for that we need to increase sales from $255 billion each ear to $261 billion each year which is what VW sells.

We also need to increase the taxes for regular cars and use the money to buy more Toyota Prius for government officials.

Every employee working for the government should drive a Toyota Prius or he cannot work for the government.
