there are many brilliant statesman in history who have started wars. The history of all great nations involves a lot of attacking people. this is an extreme overgeneralization.

I feel like geniuses or more just intellectuals in general make the best "villians" and create many wars.

I also think it doesn't take a genius to stop it; just a consense.

I agree that anyone can be led into one.
